Cash on hand
Your numbers are already there. You just can’t see them.
They sit in QuickBooks, Excel or Google Sheets, and nobody has time to pull them together. We build a dashboard around the questions you ask every week, and you own it.
Questions it answers every week
- Can we cover payroll on the 15th?
- Where did the money go this month?
- What is due in the next two weeks?
- Built from QuickBooks, Excel or Google Sheets
- Designed around your weekly questions
- Yours to keep, no monthly fee required
The first conversation is free. 30 minutes, no obligation.
Fictional example, not a customer result.

Try the sample above. It runs on made-up numbers for a fictional landscaping company, so you can see how one screen answers one question: can we afford what is coming?
Built around the questions you ask every week
Dashboards fail when nobody opens them. So we start with your questions, not with charts. A number nobody asks about does not go on the screen. Typical questions:
- Can we cover payroll on the 15th?
- Which customers pay late, and how much are they holding?
- Where did the money go this month?
- Are we ahead of or behind last month?
- What is due in the next two weeks?
The dashboard is designed from your list, so the first screen answers the questions you already ask.
What happens, step by step
- Discover. We write down the questions you ask every week, where each number lives today, and who reads it. This is the part that decides whether the dashboard gets used.
- Build. We build the dashboard from that list and test it against your real month-end figures.
- Connect. We connect it to QuickBooks, Excel or Google Sheets, using read-only access wherever the tool allows it, so nobody retypes numbers.
- Adopt. A short walkthrough with the people who read it, a weekly habit that fits your week, and a check-in after 30 days to adjust what is not working.
Who owns what
- You own the dashboard built for your engagement, and the admin keys.
- You own the data. It stays in your QuickBooks and your files, in accounts in your name.
- No monthly software fee is required. You are never renting the dashboard from us.
- An optional monthly care plan covers changes and checks, if you want the help. Skip it and the dashboard keeps working.
How pricing works
You know what you will pay before any work starts. These are the only points where we charge:
- The first conversation is free. A 30-minute call to see whether we can help and where to start. No obligation.
- A dashboard can start on its own. It begins with a short Discover step: your weekly questions, where each number lives, and who reads it. The price is agreed in writing before work starts.
- The dashboard itself is priced once Discover shows what to build. You agree to that price before the build begins. The optional care plan is one monthly fee, agreed up front.
- Nothing else. No hourly meter, no surprise invoice, no vendor commissions. Everything delivered is yours to keep.
Delivered remotely, with on-site visits when useful.
Questions
Do we need new software?
Usually not. The dashboard reads from the QuickBooks, Excel or Google Sheets files you already keep. If something is missing, we say so before we build.
Who owns it?
You do. The dashboard, the data and the admin keys are in accounts in your name. Nothing sits behind our login.
What if our books are messy?
Most are, a little. In the first step we find the gaps, tell you what to tidy and what the dashboard can handle as it is. You do not need perfect books to start.
Do we have to pay monthly?
No. There is no required monthly software fee. An optional monthly care plan covers changes and checks, and you can start or stop it any time.
